These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mytrafficbuzz.com and the digital marketing services provided by MyTrafficBuzz, 17/18 Central Road, Garifa, Naihati, West Bengal 743166, India. MyTrafficBuzz provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, web design and development, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for client engagements are defined in the individual proposal or agreement you sign with us; those documents prevail over these general Terms where they differ.
No ranking guarantees: search engines control their own results. We follow industry best practices and report transparently, but no specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcome can be guaranteed by us or any agency.
Accounts and User Content
If you create an account or submit content (such as guest articles or comments), you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit and for keeping your credentials confidential. You grant us a non‑exclusive licence to publish content you submit to the blog. We may edit for clarity or decline/remove content that is unlawful, plagiarised, spammy or off‑topic. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Intellectual Property
All website content — text, graphics, logos and code — belongs to MyTrafficBuzz or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale copying is not permitted. Client materials remain the client’s property; deliverables we create transfer to the client on full payment unless agreed otherwise.
Payments and Cancellations
Fees, billing cycles and refund terms for services are set out in each client agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, and work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrafficBuzz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, and our total liability in relation to any service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
